Any factory can promise a fast delivery. We put a number on what happens if we miss it. Both undertakings below are issued under company seal and apply to every order we take.

The questions buyers ask before the first order — minimum quantity, sampling, lead time, certification and after-sales support.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Our MOQ starts at 10 pcs, so you can run a small trial batch or test a market before committing to volume. Once the model and the specification are fixed, unit pricing is quoted by quantity band.

What are the sample lead time and sample cost?

Samples are ready within 72 hours. The sample fee is refunded in full once your bulk order is placed. Where a custom mould is needed, tooling is a one-time charge quoted separately before you commit — it is never padded into the unit price.

How long does mass production take?

Mass production runs 3–7 days once the sample is approved and the materials are confirmed. Your exact schedule is quoted per order, and it is written into the PI before production starts.

Which certifications do your power banks carry?

CE DoC, FCC SDoC, IEC 62368-1 safety test report, UL 2056, UN 38.3, PSE, WPC Qi, ISO 9001 and MSDS, with RoHS marked on the products. The reports and declarations are on file and released for your market’s customs and marketplace checks. Tell us your destination country and we will confirm exactly which documents your model needs.

How long does certification take?

It depends on the certification scheme, the test scope and the laboratory’s own schedule. Give us the market you are selling into and we will confirm which documents your model needs, and how long they take, before you commit to a launch date.

Can you customise the product for my brand?

Both OEM and ODM. Logo, colour, capacity, port layout and retail packaging are all adjustable on our existing models. Need something that is not off the shelf? Our in-house design team and own tooling department develop the housing and the internal layout for you.

Do you provide technical support and after-sales service?

Yes. A dedicated sales contact, our merchandising team and our QC team follow your order from quotation to delivery, with round-the-clock response on WhatsApp and email — covering product usage guidance, technical questions and after-sales resolution.

What happens if delivery is late or the defect rate is high?

Both are covered in writing, under company seal. Delivery more than 5 / 10 / 15 days late earns a 3% / 5% / 10% credit, and a defect rate above 5% / 30% earns 10% / 50%. Force majeure and shipping damage are excluded. Full tiers are in the guarantee section above.
